THE LATEST SERIES OF LONGINOTTI MSTM GRINDERS AND POLISHERS HAVE
BEEN SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR THE SINGLE-LAYER PRODUCT OF REDUCED
THICKNESS AND LARGE DIMENSIONS.
They have great power and productive capacity, are built in a robust single structure, adaptable to different
lengths and variable number of heads can be mounted to achieve different results. Special attention has been
dedicated to the sturdiness and rigidity of the steel structure to achieve a high precision of work and excellent
calibration and polishing.

Tailored to your needs
Range based on useful belt width size from 430mm – 840mm, with larger available on request, and up to 17 mounted heads depending on the finishing required.
Available in Wet working or Dry working mode (no water treatment required).
Available for concrete slab or block products.
Belt speed from 1-6 meters per minute, on one row or two rows of product at a time.

STANDARD AND GN/MS SERIES
• GN Standard series with up to 12 fixed heads, capable of performing calibration and grinding tasks. Each head can be configured with either a diamond tool or a Frankfurt abrasive tool.
• New GN/MS series are specifically designed for single-layer slabs, as a one-machine solution with 10-15 heads, a combination of diamond-tipped mechanical heads and Frankfurt abrasive pneumatic heads.

Engineered FOR EXCELLENT RESULTS
- Heads are mechanically or pneumatically operated depending on scope and mounted with either diamond discs or carborundum wheels.
- Frankfurt disks are fitted with a special elastic joint to automatically adapt the surface of the abrasives to the surface of the slabs to be worked on.
- Water supplied through the shaft of the diamond tool holder spindle and through centrifugal distribution provides optimal cooling of the diamond segments.
- A control device at the machine entrance uses a motorized separator to eliminate impact bumps from incoming products.
Robust, safe and easy to use
- Central structure in stainless steel.
- Access doors in very thick aluminum, stainless steel casing and electromechanical safety locks.
- Monolithic structure for fixed heads and mobile bridge eliminates vibration for smooth grinding.
- Anti-wear steel plane made up of easily replaceable plates supporting the belt.
- When running two rows in parallel, slabs are guided laterally and in the center by stainless steel guides for low sliding friction.
- Each head is equipped with its own control panel with all functions to allow joint or independent operation, with pressure adjustment and abrasive consumption.
- Main electrical panel mounted on the machine.
Optionals
- Quick changeTM mechanism for abrasive disk mounts.
- Belt in closed loop (no cutting, no welding) both for assembling and disassembling (specific models only).
- Ventilator at the exit of the machine for drying the upper and lower face of the slabs
- Standard or barrel-type turnover machines to flip upside/down one or two rows of slabs for further processing
- Row consolidator - consolidate 2 rows of slabs into 1 row (pre-chamfering stage)
- Feeding and transport paths.
- Full supply of diamond and frankfurt abrasive discs.
